DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations
This final rule is the last in a sequence of six documents in this issue of the Federal Register that collectively establish for DoD grants and cooperative agreements an updated interim implementation of Government wide guidance on administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards and make other needed updates to the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs). It removes two existing DoDGARs parts and revises four others to conform them with the 11 parts of the DoDGARs preceding this one in this section of this Federal Register.
National Policy Requirements: General Award Terms and Conditions
This rule is the fourth of a sequence of six final rules published in this issue of the Federal Register. This final rule adds a new Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs) part to establish a consistent way for DoD Components to organize the portion of their general terms and conditions covering national policy requirements, such as nondiscrimination, environmental protection, and live organisms. It also provides standard wording of terms and conditions for national policy requirements that apply generally to DoD programs and awards.
Definitions for DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations
This rule is the fifth of a sequence of six final rules published in the Federal Register to update the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs). Additionally, this rule provides definitions of terms that are common to the DoDGARs and establishes a central regulatory location for each term.

Notification of Funding Availability; Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) Additional Eligible Commodities
CFAP helps agricultural producers impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak. As provided in the CFAP regulation, this document announces additional commodities that have been determined eligible for CFAP assistance. USDA carefully reviewed the additional information provided in the comments to develop the list of additional commodities.
Coronavirus Food Assistance Program; Correction
The Secretary of Agriculture implemented the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP), which provides assistance to agricultural producers impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, through a final rule published in the Federal Register on May 21, 2020. We were able to reevaluate the payment rates for certain specialty crops based on data that was available from industry in response to the CFAP notice of funding availability, which was published in the Federal Register on May 22, 2020. This document corrects payment rates and categories for those specialty crops that were published in the final rule. It also clarifies eligibility of aquaculture commodities and extends the CFAP application deadline for all applicants until September 11, 2020.

Request for Information on Innovative Programs To Reconnect Youth to Education and Employment and Promote Self-Sufficiency
HHS issues this Request for Information (RFI) in order to seek information about programs that provide services to help young people, ages 16 to 24, advance on education and employment pathways. This project is focused on the population of young people who are out of work and/or out of school, particularly those from lower income families and communities, sometimes called disconnected or opportunity youth. The information gathered will result in a public compendium that profiles selected programs operating in this area, particularly innovative programs.
