Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C. Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.65, the Department of Defense gives notice that it intends to revise the charter for the Defense Policy Board. Specifically, the Department is, (a) Changing the name of the committee from the Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee to the Defense Policy Board; (b) increasing the number of committee members from twenty-six to twenty-eight; and (c) updating the operating cost.

The Defense Science Board Task Force on Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) Phase III will meet in closed session on 2-3 June 2009; at Strategic Analysis, Inc., 4075 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 200, Arlington, VA. The Task Force members will discuss interim findings and recommendations resulting from ongoing Task Force activities. The Task Force will also discuss plans for future consideration of scientific and technical aspects of specific strategies, tactics, and policies as they may affect the U.S. national defense posture.

This notice announces the following proposed changes to Rules 19(a)(5), 20(e), 21(c)(2), 37(a), 37(b)(2), and 40(b)(3) of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and implementation of a new electronic filing program for public notice and comment. On April 30, 2009, at 74 FR 19947, the Department of Defense published a notice of this same title. The SUMMARY section stated that ``new language is in bold print'' but the notice did not contain bold print. This notice identifies those changes made.

The Department of the Interior, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the Federal Consulting Group within the Department of the Interior is soliciting comments concerning the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Government Customer Satisfaction Survey. The OMB Control Number is changed due to the recent transfer of the Federal Consulting Group from the Department of the Treasury into the Department of the Interior.
Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP)

This notice sets forth the Secretary's decision to require Hospital Preparedness Program [HPP] cooperative agreement recipients to contribute non-Federal matching funds starting with the FY 2009 funding cycle and each year thereafter. The amount of the cost sharing requirement in FY 2009 will be five percent of the award amount and in FY 2010 and each year thereafter the amount of match will be ten percent of the award amount.
