The routine use is to providing training records to employers to the extent necessary to obtain information pertinent to the individual's fitness and qualifications for training and to provide training status.

Specifically, the Department exempts portions of the LEIDB/Pathfinder system from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.

DHS received no comments on the system of records notice and proposed rulemaking. Accordingly, DHS is republishing this SORN as final.
