The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission), is withdrawing Regulatory Guide (RG)1.182, Revision (Rev.) 0, ``Assessing and Managing Risk Before Maintenance Activities at Nuclear Power Plants,'' published in May 2000. The document is redundant due to the inclusion of its subject matter in Rev. 3 of RG 1.160, ``Monitoring the Effectiveness of Maintenance at Nuclear Power Plants.''

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is issuing for public comment draft regulatory guide (DG), DG-1294, ``Preoperational Testing of On-Site Electric Power Systems to Verify Proper Load Group Assignments, Electrical Separation, and Redundancy.'' DG-1294 is proposed Revision 1 of RG 1.41, dated March 1973. This revision expands the scope of the guide to encompass preoperational testing of electrical power systems used to meet current Station Blackout regulations, time requirements for startup and alignment of emergency power sources, and testing requirements for facilities licensed under 10 CFR Part 52.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (Draft SEIS) for the Dewey-Burdock In-Situ Uranium Recovery (ISR) Project in Custer and Fall River Counties, South Dakota. The Draft SEIS is Supplement 4 to NUREG-1910, ``Generic Environmental Impact Statement for In-Situ Leach Uranium Milling Facilities,'' May 2009. By letter dated August 10, 2009, Powertech USA, Inc. (Powertech) submitted an application to the NRC for a new source materials license for the Dewey-Burdock ISR Project. Powertech is proposing to recover uranium from the Dewey-Burdock Project site using an in-situ recovery process.

The number of annual respondents: 959 (246 NRC licensees and registration certificate holders and 713 Agreement State licensees and registration certificate holders). 6. Abstract: Part 32 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), establishes requirements for specific licenses for the introduction of byproduct material into products or materials and transfer of the products or materials to general licensees, or persons exempt from licensing, medical use product distributors to specific licensees, and those requesting a certificate of registration for a sealed source and/or device. It also prescribes requirements governing holders of the specific licenses. Some of the requirements are for information which must be submitted in an application for a certificate of registration for a sealed source and/or device, records which must be kept, reports which must be submitted, and information which must be forwarded to general licensees and persons exempt from licensing. As mentioned, 10 CFR Part 32 also prescribes requirements for the issuance of certificates of registration (concerning radiation safety information about a product) to manufacturers or initial transferors of sealed sources and devices. Submission or retention of the information is mandatory for persons subject to the 10 CFR Part 32 requirements. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing Revision 3 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.92, ``Combining Modal Responses and Spatial Components in Seismic Response Analysis'' as an administratively changed guide in which there are minor corrections with no substantive changes in the Staff Regulatory Guidance. This guide describes a method that the NRC staff considers acceptable for combining modal responses and spatial components in seismic response analysis of nuclear power plant structures, systems, and components that are important to safety.

This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal Register on April 7, 2011 (76 FR 19488), that incorrectly described Sections 3.9.2 and 3.18.2, ``Detection, Control, and Extinguishment.'' This action is necessary to correct erroneous information.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has conducted a comprehensive review of all its Privacy Act systems of records notices. The NRC is revising and republishing all its systems of records notices as a result of this review. The revisions are minor corrective and administrative changes that do not meet the threshold criteria established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for either a new or altered system of records.
