This change is necessary as a result of the planned modifications to the plant design and operating configuration that will allow use of the unit station service transformers as a power supply to an offsite circuit. The Subcommittee will gather information, analyze relevant issues and facts, and formulate proposed positions and actions, as appropriate, for deliberation by the Full Committee.
