Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 21, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Arigna Technology Limited of Ireland. Supplements were filed on May 26, 2021, June 9, 2021, June 10, 2021, and June 11, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain power inverters and converters, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,247,867 (``the '867 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 8,289,082 (``the '082 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Silicon Photovoltaic Cells and Modules with Nanostructures, and Products Containing the Same, DN 3552; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.

The Commission instituted the subject five-year review in March 1, 2021 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On June 7, 2021, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the order effective April 14, 2021, because no domestic interested party filed a timely notice of intent to participate. Accordingly, the subject review is terminated.

In accordance with the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission or USITC) hereby gives notice that it plans to submit a request for approval of a questionnaire to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and requests public comment on its draft proposed collection.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') has determined not to review: An initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 11) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') partially terminating the investigation with respect to certain respondents; and an ID (Order No. 12) terminating the investigation with respect to the sole remaining respondent and thereby in its entirety. Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 5) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting the complainants' motion for leave to amend the complaint and notice of investigation.

The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act''), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, and Korea and the revocation of the antidumping duty orders on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, Korea, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.

The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain wearable electronic devices with ECG functionality and components thereof by reason of infringement of one or more claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,595,731 (``the '731 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,638,941 (``the '941 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 9,572,499 (``the '499 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-658-659 and 731-TA-1538-1542 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey, provided for in subheadings 7607.11.30, 7607.11.60, 7607.11.90, and 7607.19.60 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (``Commerce'') to be sold at less-than-fair- value and imports of aluminum foil preliminarily determined to be subsidized by the governments of Oman and Turkey.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review: (1) An initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 13) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting complainant's unopposed motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation (``NOI'') to substitute certain corporate entities named as respondents; to add two respondents; and to withdraw certain infringement allegations; and (2) an ID (Order No. 14) granting an unopposed joint motion to terminate the investigation as to respondent Lowe's Companies, Inc. and proposed new respondent Lowe's Home Centers, LLC (collectively, ``Lowe's''), both of Mooresville, North Carolina based on settlement; and an unopposed joint motion to terminate the investigation as to respondent O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. and proposed new respondents Ozark Purchasing, LLC; O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc.; and O'Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC (collectively, ``O'Reilly''), all of Springfield, Missouri based on settlement.
