Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 7, 2018, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Sauder Manufacturing Company of Archbold, Ohio. A supplement to the complaint was filed on June 14, 2018. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain convertible sofas and components thereof by reason of infringement of U.S. Design Patent No. 716,576 (``the '576 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 15) of the Chief Administrative Law Judge (``CALJ'') granting Complainant's motion to amend the Notice of Investigation (``NOI'') to add claim 30 of U.S. Patent No. 8,267,297 (``the '297 patent'').

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part the final initial determination (``ID'') issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') on April 27, 2018, finding no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), as to claims 1-8 of U.S. Patent No. 6,552,360 (``the '360 patent''); claims 1-10 of U.S. Patent No. 6,788,602 (``the '602 patent''); and claims 11-16 of U.S. Patent No. 8,035,417 (``the '417 patent''). The Commission has also determined to extend the target date for completion of this investigation until September 4, 2018.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to modify a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order (``the remedial orders'') issued against Arista Networks, Inc. of Santa Clara, California (``Arista'') in Inv. No. 337- TA-945. The above-captioned modification proceeding is terminated as to U.S. Patent No. 6,377,577 (``the '577 patent'') and is suspended as to U.S. Patent No. 7,224,668 (``the '668 patent'').

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 24, 2018, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Bose Corporation of Framingham, Massachusetts. A supplemental exhibit was filed on June 8, 2018. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain earpiece devices and components thereof by reason of infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,036,852 (``the '852 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,036,853 (``the '853 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,042,590 (``the '590 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,311,253 (``the '253 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,249,287 (``the '287 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 9,398,364 (``the '364 patent''). The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation. The Commission has issued a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed importation of certain collapsible sockets that infringe certain claims of the asserted patent. The investigation is terminated.

Following receipt on June 6, 2018 of a correction to the United States Trade Representative's (USTR) request letter of May 18, 2018, the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) has amended the scope of its investigation No. 332-567, Generalized System of Preferences: Possible Modifications, 2017 Review, and will treat ferroniobium, nesoi, from Brazil, provided for in subheading 7202.93.80 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, as having been listed in Table E of the Annex to the USTR's request letter instead of Table D. As a result, the Commission will also provide advice for this article with respect to whether a like or directly competitive article was being produced in the United States in any of the preceding three calendar years.

On June 5, 2018, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of subsidies in connection with the subject investigation concerning citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand (83 FR 26004). Accordingly, the countervailing duty investigation concerning citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand (Investigation No. 701-TA-581 (Final)) is terminated.
