Applicants submitted initial appraisal investigations for review of technical adequacy and completeness. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission has received a complaint and 
a submission pursuant to Sec.  210.8(b) of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure filed on behalf of Electrolux Home Products, 
Inc. and KX Technologies, LLC on June 8, 2018. The complaint alleges 
violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in 
the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and 
the sale within the United States after importation of certain water 
filters and components thereof. The complaint names as respondents: 
Shenzen Calux Purification Technology Co., Limited of China; Guangzhou
