Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 17, 2011, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of MOSAID Technologies Inc. of Canada. Letters supplementing the complaint were filed on June 6 and June 7, 2011. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain equipment for communications networks, including switches, routers, gateways, bridges, wireless access points, cable modems, IP phones, and products containing same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,035,280 (``the `280 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,292,600 (``the `600 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,830,858 (``the `858 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,842,459 (``the `459 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,633,966 (``the `966 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 5,841,360 (`` the `360 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Following receipt of a request on May 23, 2011 from the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means (Committee) under section 332(g) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1332(g)), the United States International Trade Commission (Commission) instituted investigation No. 332-526, Business Jet Aircraft Industry: Structure and Factors Affecting Competitiveness.

A supplement to the complaint was filed on June 2, 2011. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain muzzle-loading firearms and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,908,781 (``the `781 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,814,694 (``the `694 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,140,138 (``the `138 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,604,311 (``the `311 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 5,782,030 (``the `030 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 5,639,981 (``the `981 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders. The motion for temporary relief requests that the Commission issue a temporary limited exclusion order and temporary cease and desist order prohibiting the importation into and the sale within the United States after importation of certain muzzle-loading firearms and components thereof that infringe claim 11 of the `781 patent; claims 1- 3 and 10-12 of the `694 patent; claims 19 and 20 of the `138 patent; claims 1 and 6 of the `311 patent; claims 1-5 of the `030 patent; and claims 1 and 2 of the `981 patent during the course of the Commission's investigation.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 16, 2011, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 29, 2011, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Zenith Electronics LLC of Lincolnshire, Illinois. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain electronic devices having a digital television receiver and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 5,598,220 (``the `220 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 5,629,958 (``the `958 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 5,636,251 (``the `251 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist order.

The consent agreement in this matter settles alleged violations of Federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices or unfair methods of competition. The attached Analysis to Aid Public Comment describes both the allegations in the draft complaint and the terms of the consent orderembodied in the consent agreementthat would settle these allegations.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(3)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on heavy forged hand tools from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on tin- and chromium-coated steel sheet from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to section 751(c)(2) of the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission; \1\ to be assured of consideration, the deadline for responses is July 1, 2011. Comments on the adequacy of responses may be filed with the Commission by August 15, 2011.
