The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is expanding the approximately 33,380-acre ``Sta. Rita Hills'' viticultural area in Santa Barbara County, California, by approximately 2,296 acres. The established viticultural area and the expansion area are both located entirely within the larger Santa Ynez Valley viticultural area and the multicounty Central Coast viticultural area. TTB designates viticultural areas to allow vintners to better describe the origin of their wines and to allow consumers to better identify wines they may purchase.

The Champlain Valley of New York viticultural area is not located within any other established viticultural area. The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on the revision of an information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment on a revision to its collection titled ``Uniform Transfer Agency Registration and Amendment Form.'' The OCC also is giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.
