The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) is being prepared for transportation improvements to the USH 18 & 151 (Verona Rd) corridor from CTH PD to USH 12 & 14 in the Madison Urban Area, Dane County, Wisconsin, WisDOT Project 1206-07-03. The SDEIS is being prepared in conformance with 40 CFR 1500 and FHWA regulations.
Certification of Enforcement of the Heavy Vehicle Use Tax
This notice sets forth updated FHWA procedures for enforcement of the State registration of vehicles subject to the Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT). The intent of these actions is to bring FHWA's HVUT regulations up-to-date to be consistent with many changes that have impacted the regulation over the last two decades.

Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway in California
This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). These actions relate to a proposed highway project known as the Marin Sonoma Narrows High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Widening project on US 101 from south of the Route 37 Interchange in the City of Novato, Marin County, to north of the Corona Road Overcrossing in the City of Petaluma, Sonoma County, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing this notice of intent in order to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared to evaluate alternatives that would reduce congestion and improve safety and reliability of Hana Highway between the intersection of Hana Highway with Haleakala Highway and Maliko Gulch on the north side of the Island of Maui in the Paia- Haiku region. This section is the primary travel way for the movement of people and goods between east Maui and the Wailuku/Kahului area where connections are made to other parts of the island.

If a request is made by interested citizens to have a Public Hearing to discuss the socio- economic and environmental effects of the second international bridge project at the Veterans International Bridge at Los Tomates in Brownsville, Texas. One will be scheduled and adequate notices will be publicized.

Section 1604(b)(7) of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) (Pub. L. 109-59; Aug. 10, 2005), authorizes the Secretary of Transportation (Secretary) to develop and publish performance goals for each express lane project accepted under the Express Lanes Demonstration Program. This notice lists the Performance Goals, Monitoring and Reporting Program requirements for the IH-30 (the Tom Landry Freeway) Express Lanes project and IH-35E Express Lanes project in Dallas in the State of Texas.
