This notice corrects the minimum number of individuals and number of associated funerary objects. Princeton University has corrected an inventory of human remains, published in a Notice of Inventory Completion in the Federal Register on April 1, 2021. This notice corrects the list of Indian Tribes from whose aboriginal land the culturally unidentifiable Native American human remains were removed. This notice corrects the number of unassociated funerary objects. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the National Park Service (NPS) are proposing a new information collection.

The National Park Service withdraws the proposed rule that would have revised regulations governing the listing of properties in the National Register of Historic Places. The National Park Service no longer intends to prepare a final rule and has terminated the rulemaking process.

The boundary of Acadia National Park is modified to include one parcel of land totaling 0.88 acres, more or less, and will exclude one parcel of land totaling 0.20 acres, more or less, both parcels are located in Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine.
