Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the exhibition ``Africa & Byzantium'' at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York; the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland, Ohio; and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on the Department of Treasury's List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) based on the Department of State's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Economic Sanctions Policy and Implementation (SPI) is publishing the names of two persons and one vessel that have been removed from the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and are consequently no longer subject to the prohibitions imposed April 15, 2021, ``Blocking Property With Respect To Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation.''

The Secretary of State has imposed sanctions on three individuals.

I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State will hold a virtual listening session to provide an update after the August 10-11 round of negotiations to modernize the Columbia River Treaty (CRT) regime, and to provide U.S. citizens from the Columbia Basin the opportunity to express their views on the CRT.

The Department of State has submitted the information collections described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on these collections from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this Notice is to allow 60 days for public comment.

I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

Notice of receipt of request from Nepal for cultural property protection.

A determination has been made that a number of foreign persons have engaged in activities that warrant the imposition of measures pursuant to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act. The Act provides for sanctions on foreign entities and individuals for the transfer to or acquisition from Iran since January 1, 1999; the transfer to or acquisition from Syria since January 1, 2005; or the transfer to or acquisition from North Korea since January 1, 2006, of goods, services, or technology controlled under multilateral control lists (Australia Group, Chemical Weapons Convention, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group, Wassenaar Arrangement) or otherwise having the potential to make a material contribution to the development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or cruise or ballistic missile systems. The latter category includes items of the same kind as those on multilateral lists but falling below the control list parameters when it is determined that such items have the potential of making a material contribution to WMD or cruise or ballistic missile systems, items on U.S. national control lists for WMD/ missile reasons that are not on multilateral lists, and other items with the potential of making such a material contribution when added through case-by-case decisions.

Paul Getty Museum at the Getty Center, Los Angeles, California, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.
