custodians for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘Vertigo of Color: Matisse,
Derain, and the Origins of Fauvism’’ at
The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New
York, New York; the Museum of Fine
Arts, Houston, in Houston, Texas; and at
possible additional exhibitions or
venues yet to be determined, are of
cultural significance, and, further, that
their temporary exhibition or display
