Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Outliers and American Vanguard Art,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. The Department of State is publishing a List of Restricted Entities and Subentities Associated with Cuba (Cuba Restricted List) with which direct financial transactions will be generally prohibited under the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR). This list will also be considered during review of license applications submitted to the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Paper Promises: Early American Photography,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be included in the exhibition ``Coming Away: Winslow Homer and England,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from on or about March 2, 2018, until on or about May 20, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Pursuant to the authority in section 1(a)(ii) of Executive Order 13382, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters'', the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General, has determined that the Korea Kuryonggang Trading Corporation is an alias of Korea Tangun Trading Corporation, and that the Korea Taeryonggang Trading Corporation is an alias of Namchongang Trading Corporation, both of which have previously been designated pursuant to Executive Order 13382.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be included in the exhibition ``Laura Owens,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. The Department of State has submitted the information collection described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this Notice is to allow 30 days for public comment.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Repentant Monk: Illusion and Disillusion in the Art of Chen Hongshou,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the University of California, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, Berkeley, California, from on or about October 27, 2017, until on or about January 28, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), the PEPFAR Scientific Advisory Board (hereinafter referred to as ``the Board'') will meet on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1800 G St. NW., Suite 10300, Washington, DC 20006. The meeting will last from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m. and is open to the public. The meeting will be hosted by the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy, and led by Ambassador Deborah Birx, who leads implementation of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and the Board Chair, Dr. Carlos del Rio. The Board serves the Global AIDS Coordinator in a solely advisory capacity concerning scientific, implementation, and policy issues that may influence the priorities and direction of PEPFAR evaluation and research, national and international epidemic control strategies and implementation activities, and the role of PEPFAR leadership in global response to the HIV epidemic. Topics for the meeting will include an overview of the Epidemic Control Team structure, the HIV prevention cascade, and new business and other updates. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, Virginia, from on or about November 14, 2017, until on or about March 11, 2018, at the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati, Ohio, from on or about April 18, 2018, until on or about August 12, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.
