III. On May 28, 2015, Participants provided
to the SEC a supplemental joint assessment
relating to the impact of the Plan and
calibration of the Percentage Parameters as
follows:
A. Assess the statistical and economic impact
on liquidity of approaching Price Bands.
B. Assess the statistical and economic impact
of the Price Bands on erroneous trades.
C. Assess the statistical and economic impact
of the appropriateness of the Percentage
Parameters used for the Price Bands.
D. Assess whether the Limit State is the
appropriate length to allow for liquidity
replenishment when a Limit State is reached
because of a temporary liquidity gap.
E. Evaluate concerns from the options
markets regarding the statistical and
economic impact of Limit States on liquidity
and market quality in the options markets.
(Participants that operate options exchange
should also prepare such assessment reports.)
F. Assess whether the process for entering a
Limit State should be adjusted and whether
Straddle States are problematic.

Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: I hereby
determine that certain objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘Terracotta
Army: Legacy of the First Emperor of
China,’’ imported from abroad for
temporary exhibition within the United
States, are of cultural significance. The
objects are imported pursuant to a loan
agreement with the foreign owners or
custodians. I also determine that the
exhibition or display of the exhibit
objects at the Virginia Museum of Fine
Arts, Richmond, Virginia, from on or
about November 14, 2017, until on or
about March 11, 2018, at the Cincinnati
Art Museum, Cincinnati, Ohio, from on
or about April 18, 2018, until on or
about August 12, 2018, and at possible
additional exhibitions or venues yet to
be determined, is in the national
