The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at The Frick Collection, New York, New York, from on or about October 24, 2017, until on or about March 11, 2018, at the New Orleans Museum of Art, New Orleans, Louisiana, from on or about April 19, 2018, until on or about September 3, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. ACTION: Notice of release of the Department of State's FY 2016 Service 
Contract Inventory.

SUMMARY: Acting in compliance with Section 743 of Division C of the 
Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the 
Department of State is publishing this notice to advise the public of 
the availability of the FY 2016 Service Contract Inventory. The FY 2016 
Service Contract Inventory includes the FY 2016 Planned Analysis, and 
the FY 2015 Meaningful Analysis.
