Department of Justice January 20, 2006 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

This rule proposes to add Appendix E to Part 61 of the Department of Justice's regulations to ensure better compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. The rule supplements existing Department procedures and regulations of the Council on Environmental Quality and only pertains to internal procedures of the United States Marshals Service.
