Privacy Act of 1974, As Amended; New System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a (Privacy Act), the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) is issuing public notice of its intent to establish a new Privacy Act system of records. The new system is titled Reasonable Accommodation Information System. The proposed system of records will consist of information used to evaluate and make decisions with respect to requests for reasonable accommodation made by OFHEO employees and applicants for employment, to implement such accommodations and for emergency response purposes, such as providing evacuation assistance. OFHEO seeks comments on the proposed new system of records described in this notice.

The proposed information collection requirement described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal.
