In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-539 (Gas Pipeline Certificates: Import & Export Related Applications), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The Commission published a 60-day notice in the Federal Register on August 1, 2022 and received no comments on the 60-day notice.
