Defense Programs Advisory Committee
This notice announces a closed meeting of the Defense Programs Advisory Committee (DPAC). The Federal Advisory Committee Act requires that public notice of meetings be announced in the Federal Register. Due to national security considerations, the meeting will be closed to the public and matters to be discussed are exempt from public disclosure under an Executive Order, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
Energy Conservation Program: Test Procedure for Test Procedures for Central Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps
The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') proposes to amend the test procedures for central air conditioners and heat pumps that will be required for certification of compliance with applicable energy conservation standards starting January 1, 2023 to address a limited number of specific issues. DOE is seeking comment from interested parties on the proposal.
