The Department of Education is issuing a notice inviting applications for new awards for fiscal year (FY) 2018 for Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children With DisabilitiesCenter on Dispute Resolution, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number 84.326X.

This notice sets forth the agenda for the August 2-4, 2018 Quarterly Board Meeting of the National Assessment Governing Board (hereafter referred to as Governing Board). This notice provides information to members of the public who may be interested in attending the meeting or providing written comments related to the work of the Governing Board. Notice of this meeting is required under Sec. 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). This meeting notice is published late due to the fact that approval of the August Board meeting agenda required a quorum of the Board's Executive Committee which could not be established in time to provide timely notice in the Federal Register.
