(Dongyuan) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. Additionally, we find that Guangdong Yingao Kitchen Utensils Co., Ltd. (Yingao) and Shenzhen Kehuaxing Industrial Ltd. (Shenzhen Kehuaxing) have not established their eligibility for a separate rate.
Cast Iron Soil Pipe Fittings From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on cast iron soil pipe fittings (soil pipe fittings) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
Cast Iron Soil Pipe Fittings From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on cast iron soil pipe fittings (soil pipe fittings) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
