Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber From India: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailing subsidies at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.

As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from the People's Republic of China (China), India, the Republic of Korea (South Korea), and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Reviews'' section of this notice.
Fresh Garlic From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Circumvention Inquiry on the Antidumping Duty Order
In response to a request from the Fresh Garlic Producers Association and its individual members (collectively, the petitioners), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether imports of small and large garlic chunks from the People's Republic of China (China) are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on fresh garlic from China.
