Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of drawn stainless steel sinks (sinks) from the People's Republic of China (China) were made below normal value (NV) during the period of review. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to multiple companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks From the People's Republic of China: Final Determination in Covered Merchandise Inquiry
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain refractory brick samples tested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) do not reflect the chemical composition of magnesia alumina carbon (MAC) bricks and are covered by the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain magnesia carbon bricks (bricks) from the People's Republic of China (China). Additionally, Commerce finds that it is unable to determine whether certain other samples tested by CBP have the chemical composition of a bricks subject to the AD and CVD orders on bricks from China.

Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results and Final Determination of No Shipments of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that four companies under review made no shipments of the subject merchandise during the period of review (POR).
