United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board: Meeting of the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board
The United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board (Board or TTAB) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. The Board advises the Secretary of Commerce on matters relating to the U.S. travel and tourism industry. The purpose of the meeting is for Board members to discuss key issues related to the importance of international travel and tourism to the United States and for the Secretary of Commerce to provide information on the Administration's priorities in travel and tourism. Request for Applicants for the Appointment to the United States-India CEO Forum
This notice announces membership opportunities for the appointment of two additional U.S. representatives to the existing U.S. Section of the U.S.-India CEO Forum. The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking applicants from the aerospace/defense and healthcare sectors. On April 20, 2018, the Department of Commerce published through a Federal Register Notice a ``Request for Applicants for the Appointment to the United States-India CEO Forum'' (FR Doc. 2018-07236), which announced membership opportunities for the appointment of up to 20 representatives to the U.S. Section of the Forum, and the Secretary of Commerce subsequently appointed 19 members to the U.S. Section for a two-year term beginning on October 11, 2018. With an additional two appointments, the U.S. Section will have up to 21 members. The newly recruited members will serve for the remainder of the original two-year term.

As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (CWP) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD and CVD orders.
Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Second Amended Final Scope Ruling Pursuant to Court Decision
On May 23, 2018, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (the CAFC) reversed and vacated, in part, the Court of International Trade's (the CIT) earlier decisions, vacated Commerce's remand determination, and reinstated Commerce's original scope ruling, in part. In Commerce's original scope ruling, Commerce found that Whirlpool Corporation's (Whirlpool) kitchen appliance door handles with plastic end caps were covered by the general scope language of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China). On May 1, 2019, the CIT granted Whirlpool's request to dismiss the litigation concerning its handles. Accordingly, Commerce is issuing a second amended final scope ruling.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings (butt-weld pipe fittings) exported from Malaysia, which were completed in Malaysia using finished or unfinished butt-weld pipe fittings sourced from the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on butt-weld pipe fittings from China. Commerce has also updated the language in the certification requirements and importer and exporter certifications that are appended to this notice.

Based on timely withdrawal of requests for review, we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to 12 of these companies.

Amendment to the Clean Energy and Zero Emission Vehicle Technologies Trade Mission to Mexico November 17-22, 2019
The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, is amending the Notice published in April 9, 2019, regarding the Clean Energy and Zero Emission Vehicle Technologies Trade Mission to Mexico November 17-22, to modify the participation fee for the trade mission and the timeframe for recruitment and application. The participation fee for the Business Development Mission will be $4,000.00 for SME and $5,500.00 for large firms. Recruitment for the mission will conclude no later than August 9, 2019. Applications received after August 9, 2019, will be considered only if space and scheduling constraints permit.

Based on five-year reviews (sunset reviews), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products (hot- rolled steel) from India and Indonesia would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
