Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Affirmative Preliminary Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that extruded aluminum products that are made from aluminum previously extruded in the People's Republic of China (China) and are exported from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), regardless of producer, exporter, or importer, constitute merchandise completed or assembled in other foreign countries and are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from China. Commerce also preliminarily intends to rescind its minor alterations anti-circumvention inquiry.

Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this sunset review, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails (nails) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.

Utility Scale Wind Towers From the People's Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the People's Republic of China (China) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on wind towers from China would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders and the CVD order.
