Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping and countervailing duty orders and findings with June anniversary dates. In accordance with the Department's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.
Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products From the People's Republic of China: Affirmative Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Postponement of Final Determination
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') preliminarily determines that certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (``certain solar products'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''). The period of investigation (``POI'') is April 1, 2013, through September 30, 2013. The estimated weighted-average dumping margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Preliminary Determination'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
Ferrosilicon From Venezuela: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') determines that ferrosilicon from Venezuela is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''). The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Determination Margins.''
Ferrosilicon From the Russian Federation: Final Determination of Sales at Not Less Than Fair Value
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') determines that ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation (``Russia'') is not being, nor is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''). The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Determination.''
Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products From the People's Republic of China: Alignment of Final Countervailing Duty Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is aligning the final determination in this countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (certain solar products) from the People's Republic of China (the PRC) with the final determination in the companion antidumping duty (AD) investigation.

The Department of Commerce (``Department'') preliminarily determines that certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (``certain solar products'') from Taiwan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the ``Act''). The period of investigation is October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. The estimated weighted-average dumping margins are shown in the ``Preliminary Determination'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
