On June 3, 2013, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel threaded rod from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') based on multiple timely requests for an administrative review, and on August 28, 2013, the Department issued a correction to the notice of initiation. The review covers 80 companies. Based on a withdrawal of the requests for review of certain companies from Vulcan Threaded Products, Inc. (``Petitioner''), we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to seven companies.

On March 12, 2013, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of the seventh administrative review of the antidumping duty Order \1\ on certain warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam'').\2\ Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we have determined that Minh Phu Group,\3\ and Nha Trang Seafoods,\4\ the two mandatory respondents, and Quoc Viet,\5\ the voluntary respondent, have not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (``POR''), February 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012. Additionally, the Department has determined not to revoke the Order in part, with respect to Minh Phu Group and Nha Trang Seafoods.

The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. The review covers three producers or exporters of subject merchandise, Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S.A. de C.V. (Regiopytsa), Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero), and Nacional de Acero S.A. de C.V. (NASA). On May 14, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from Thailand. The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. For the final results we continue to find that Trinity Pac Co. Ltd. (Trinity Pac) has sold subject merchandise at less than normal value and that TPN FlexPak Co., Ltd. (TPN) had no shipments during the POR.

In response to requests from respondent Terphane Ltda. and from DuPont Teijin Films, Mitsubishi Polyester Film, Inc., SKC, Inc., and Toray Plastics (America), Inc. (collectively, Petitioners), the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip (PET film) from Brazil. The administrative review covers Terphane Ltda. and Terphane Inc. (collectively, Terphane) for the period of review (POR) November 1, 2011, through October 31, 2012. As we currently have no evidence of any reviewable entries, shipments or sales of subject PET film by Terphane during the POR, we are issuing a preliminary no shipment determination.\1\
