Steel Wheels From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances
The Department of Commerce (the Department) has preliminarily determined that critical circumstances exist with respect to imports of steel wheels from the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results, Partial Rescission, Extension of Time Limits for the Final Results, and Intent To Revoke, in Part, of the Sixth Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (``shrimp'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''), covering the period of review (``POR'') of February 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. As discussed below, the Department preliminarily determines that the respondents in this review did not make sales in the United States at prices below normal value (``NV'') during the POR.
Fresh and Chilled Atlantic Salmon From Norway: Revocation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty (``AD'') and countervailing duty (``CVD'') orders on fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon (``salmon'') from Norway would not be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') is revoking these AD and CVD orders.
