Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews: Low Enriched Uranium from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom
On April 5, 2006, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated administrative reviews of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on low enriched uranium (LEU) from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom (UK) for the period January 1, 2005, through December 31, 2005. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Deferral of Administrative Reviews, 71 FR 17077 (April 5, 2006) (Initiation Notice). The Department is now rescinding the administrative reviews for the 2005 period of review (POR) because these CVD orders have been revoked subsequent to the initiation of these reviews. Notice of Scope Rulings
The Department of Commerce (the Department) hereby publishes a list of scope rulings completed between April 1, 2006, and June 30, 2006. In conjunction with this list, the Department is also publishing a list of requests for scope rulings and anticircumvention determinations pending as of June 30, 2006. We intend to publish future lists after the close of the next calendar quarter.
Export Trade Certificate of Review
The Secretary of Commerce issued an Export Trade Certificate of Review to Balmac International Inc. on December 29, 1992. Because this Certificate Holder has failed to file an annual report as required by law, the Secretary is revoking the certificate. This notice summarizes the notification letter sent to Balmac International Inc.
Stainless Steel Bar from Germany: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On February 3, 2006, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published its preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from Germany. The period of review is March 1, 2004, through February 28, 2005. Based on our analysis of the comments received and an examination of our calculations, we have made certain changes for the final results. Consequently, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of the Review.''
