The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces that the Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board will conduct a meeting on matters pertaining to management and protection of wild, free-roaming horses and burros on the Nation's public lands.

The Secretary of the Interior (Secretary), through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), New Mexico State Office, is issuing this Final Notice to conduct auctions and sales from the Federal Helium Program, administered by the BLM New Mexico Amarillo Field Office. The purpose of this notice is to request six public nominations for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah Resource Advisory Council (RAC) that have members' terms expiring in 2015. The RACs provide advice and recommendations to the BLM on land use planning and management of the National System of Public Lands within Utah. The BLM will accept public nominations for 45 days after the publication of this notice.

In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLMPA) of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to incorporate Gunnison Sage-Grouse Conservation Measures into Resource Management Plans (RMPs) within the range of the species and prepare an associated Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). By this notice, the BLM is announcing the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify issues.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined and found suitable for classification for lease and subsequent conveyance under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, approximately 95.22 acres of public land in Elko County, Nevada.
