The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue an appealable decision approving the conveyance of the surface estate in the lands described below to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., Successor in Interest to Kivalina Sinuakmeut Corporation, pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). The subsurface estate in these lands will be conveyed to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., when the surface estate is conveyed to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., Successor in Interest to Kivalina Sinuakmeut Corporation.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue an appealable decision approving the conveyance of the surface estate in the lands described below to Atqasuk Corporation pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). These lands lie entirely within the National Petroleum ReserveAlaska. As provided by the ANCSA, the subsurface estate in lands lying within the Petroleum Reserve is not available for conveyance to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation and will be reserved to the United States at the time of conveyance.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Palm Springs- South Coast Field Office, has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Proposed Land Exchange between the BLM and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians (Tribe) and by this notice is announcing the opening of the comment period.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP)/final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Prehistoric Trackways National Monument and by this notice is announcing its availability.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) invites public comments on, and plans to request approval to continue, the collection of information pertaining to surface-disturbing activities associated with onshore oil and gas geophysical exploration within oil and gas leases, communitized areas, and unitized areas on Federal lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) or the U.S. Forest Service (FS). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has assigned control number 1004-0162 to this information collection.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Vale District Office announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Land-Use Plan Amendments (LUPAs) for the Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Line Project (Project) and by this notice is announcing the opening of the public comment period.

On August 1, 2014, the City of Las Cruces (the City) submitted an application to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the conveyance of the federally owned mineral interests in the 125-acre parcel of land described in this notice.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), as amended; the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended; and the National Forest Management Act of 1976, as amended (NFMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) have participated as Cooperating Agencies with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in the preparation of the Jordan Cove Energy and Pacific Connector Pipeline (PCGP) Projects Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Draft EIS addresses the impacts of these projects, the associated draft Land Management Plan (LMP) amendments of the BLM and the USFS, and the application to the BLM for a Right-of-Way Grant sought by Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline LP for the PCGP project. With this agency-specific Notice of Availability, the BLM and the USFS are announcing the opening of the FERC comment period.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), pursuant to its regulations, is maintaining an existing closure of approximately 900 acres of public land on the Lake Mountains in Utah County, Utah, to the discharge or use of firearms or dangerous weapons for the purposes of recreational target shooting to protect public safety, property and resources. This closure does not restrict other public activities or access to the Lake Mountains area.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office is publishing this notice to inform the public of the intent to officially file the survey plat listed below and afford a proper period of time to protest this action prior to the plat filing. During this time, the plat will be available for review in the BLM Colorado State Office.
