The ICE DCOs are also requesting exemptive relief to expand the universe of counterparties and depositories they may use in connection with these investments given the structure of the market for repurchase agreements in euro-denominated sovereign debt.

Additionally, this notice also solicits comments on the PRA implications of reassigning the burdens associated with the information collections requirements of Commission Form 3-R, which is no longer used, to Commission Forms 7-R and 8-R.
