This final rule amends the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's regulation on Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans to prescribe interest assumptions under the asset allocation regulation for plans with valuation dates in the fourth quarter of 2022. These interest assumptions are used for valuing benefits under terminating single-employer plans and for other purposes.

In the Federal Register of June 10, 2022, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission or CPSC), together with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), published a notice announcing a joint intent to conduct a second test (a Beta Pilot) to assess the electronic filing of data from a certificate of compliance (certificate) for regulated consumer products under CPSC's jurisdiction (June 10 Notice). The June 10 Notice requested volunteers for the Beta Pilot Test, and also stated the intent to seek approval of a collection of information for the Beta Pilot Test, requesting comment on the proposed collection. The Commission did not receive any comments on the burden estimate for the proposed collection of information. In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, CPSC submitted information collection requirements for the Beta Pilot Test to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of the new collection of information, without change.

The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order (``LEO'') prohibiting the importation of certain electrical connectors and cages, components thereof, and products containing the same that infringe certain claims of the '117 patent, as well as cease and desist orders (``CDOs'') against the named respondents. This investigation is terminated.

Its charter was renewed for a second term on October 1, 2020. The MCC Economic Advisory Council serves MCC solely in an advisory capacity and provides advice and guidance to MCC economists, evaluators, leadership of the Department of Policy and Evaluation, and senior MCC leadership regarding relevant trends in development economics, applied economic and evaluation methods, poverty analytics, as well as modeling, measuring, and evaluating development interventions. In doing so, the MCC Economic Advisory Council helps sharpen MCC's analytical methods and capacity in support of the agency's economic development goals.
