The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (``Commission'' or ``CFTC'') is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed renewal of a collection of certain information by the agency. The National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) within the National Science Foundation (NSF) is announcing plans to request renewal of the NCSES Generic Clearance for Improvement Projects (3145-0174). After obtaining and considering public comment, NCSES will prepare the submission requesting that OMB approve clearance of this collection for three years.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 7) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting the complainants' motion for leave to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to transfer the asserted patents in this investigation from certain complainants to complainant Motorola Solutions, Inc. and to add Avigilon USA Corporation as an additional complainant.

Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is proposing to establish two new systems of records: (1) PBGC-27: Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety in Response to a Public Health Emergency; and (2) PBGC-28: Physical Security and Facility Access. PBGC-27 will maintain information collected to assist PBGC with maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and to protect PBGC staff working on-site from risks associated with a public health emergency (as defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and declared by its Secretary), such as a pandemic or epidemic. PBGC-28 will maintain information collected while providing visitor, employee, and government contractor access control; physical and operational security; and video surveillance for PBGC facilities.

The Committee is proposing to add service(s) to the Procurement List that will be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes product(s) previously furnished by such agencies.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a revision of a previously approved information collection requirement regarding certain Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15 requirements.

The FDIC is publishing this notification to insured depository institutions covered by its Recordkeeping for Timely Deposit Insurance Determination rule that it has amended its deposit insurance coverage rules for certain trust accounts and mortgage servicing accounts and such amendments will take effect on April 1, 2024. The FDIC is publishing this notification to specify for covered institutions that they must prepare updates or changes to their deposit insurance calculation capabilities as a result of the amendments, and such changes must be implemented and operational on April 1, 2024, the effective date of the amendments.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 22, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of OPEX Corporation of Moorestown, New Jersey. A supplement was filed on January 10, 2022. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain automated put walls and automated storage and retrieval systems, associated vehicles, associated control software, and component parts thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,104,601 (``the '601 patent''), U.S. Patent No. 8,276,740 (``the '740 patent''), U.S. Patent No. 8,622,194 (``the '194 patent''), and U.S. Patent No. 10,576,505 (``the '505 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) is adopting a proposal to extend for three years, with revision, the Weekly Report of Selected Assets and Liabilities of Domestically Chartered Commercial Banks and U.S. Branches and Agencies of Foreign Banks (FR 2644; OMB No. 7100-0075).

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering issuing an export license amendment (XW027/01), requested by Perma-Fix Northwest Richland, Inc. (PFNW). The request seeks the NRC's approval for a license amendment authorizing the export of up to 60,000 kilograms of radioactive waste to Germany. The NRC is providing notice of the opportunity to comment, request a hearing, and petition to intervene on PFNW's application.

The Small Business Administration will submit the information collection described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, on or after the date of publication of this notice. SBA published the required 60-day public comment notice in the Federal Register on December 2, 2021, and is publishing this notice to allow all interested members of the public an additional 30 days to provide comments on the collection of information.
