The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted the request of PPL Susquehanna, LLC to withdraw its application dated September 18, 2012, as supplemented by letter dated May 10, 2013, for a proposed amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-14 and NPF-22, for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2. The proposed amendment would have made changes to Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.8.1.19 in TS 3.8.1 ``AC SourceOperating.'' Specifically, the proposed amendment would increase the minimum steady state frequency for Diesel Generator E during the loss of offsite power and emergency core cooling system surveillance.

The National Endowment for the Humanities will hold seventeen meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during March, 2015. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) has announced its schedule, including deadlines for filing written submissions, in connection with the preparation of its sixth annual review in investigation No. 332-503, Earned Import Allowance Program: Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Program for Certain Apparel from the Dominican Republic, Sixth Annual Review.

The March 16-17, 2015 meeting of the Advisory Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure previously scheduled at the Florida A&M University College of Law, will now be held at the United States Courthouse, 401 West Central Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32801. The announcement for this meeting was previously published in 80FR 4592.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 36) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc.'s (``New Balance'') motion to intervene as a respondent in the investigation.

Notice is hereby given of the final approval of proposed information collection by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) under OMB delegated authority, as per 5 CFR 1320.16 (OMB Regulations on Controlling Paperwork Burdens on the Public). Board- approved collections of information are incorporated into the official OMB inventory of currently approved collections of information. Copies of the Paperwork Reduction Act Submission, supporting statements and approved collection of information instrument(s) are placed into OMB's public docket files. The Federal Reserve may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection that has been extended, revised, or implemented on or after October 1, 1995, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(3)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, and Thailand, and the antidumping finding on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Japan, as well as revocation of the countervailing duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from India, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. For further information concerning the conduct of these reviews and rules of general application, consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).

The FTC intends to conduct an evaluation of Admongo, its advertising literacy program for children ages 8-12. The evaluation will involve a randomized controlled trial of the Admongo online game, using an Internet panel recruited by a market research company. This research will be conducted to further the FTC's mission of protecting consumers from unfair and deceptive marketing. The information collection requirements described below are being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') for review as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'').

A petition for rulemaking was filed by WLAJ-TV LLC (``Petitioner''), the licensee of WLAJ-TV, channel 51, Lansing, Michigan, requesting the substitution of channel 25 for channel 51 at Lansing. Petitioner filed comments reaffirming its interest in the proposed channel substitution stating that if the proposal is granted, it will promptly file an application for the facilities specified in its rulemaking petition and construct the station. Petitioner also reiterates that the grant of the petition would serve the public interest because its operation on channel 25 would eliminate potential interference to and from wireless operations in the adjacent Lower 700 MHz A Block. The proposed substitution will permit the wireless licensee to expand operations in service to subscribers.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption in response to a October 31, 2013, request from Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy or the licensee), from certain regulatory requirements. The exemption would remove the requirement that a licensed senior operator approve the emergency suspension of security measures for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (VY) during certain emergency conditions or during severe weather.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this notice advises interested persons that the first meeting of the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC or Commission) Downloadable Security Technology Advisory Committee (DSTAC) has been rescheduled for February 23, 2015 at the Commission headquarters in Washington, DC.

The FTC is making technical revisions to several of the notices that it is required to publish under the Privacy Act of 1974 to describe its systems of records about individuals. This action is intended to make these notices clearer, more accurate, and up-to-date.

EAC is amending the original Sunshine Notice that published on February 6, 2015. Due to an inclement weather forecast, EAC postponed the public meeting that was originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2015. The public meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2015, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.; U.S. Election Assistance Commission; 1335 East West Highway, EAC Office; Silver Spring, MD, 20910. The EAC public meeting agenda items remain the same.
