The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or Agency) is announcing the availability of a final guidance entitled ``Bone AnchorsPremarket Notification (510(k)) Submissions.'' This guidance document provides recommendations for 510(k) submissions for bone anchor (suture anchor) devices. FDA is clarifying and providing current thinking on the recommended content for a bone anchor 510(k) submission, including performance testing recommendations and device description.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a meeting of the NASA International Space Station (ISS) Advisory Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to review all aspects related to the safety and operational readiness of the ISS, and to assess the possibilities for using the ISS for future space exploration.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that imports of unpatented R-421A from the People's Republic of China (China) are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on HFC blends from China. As a result, imports of blends of unpatented R-421A from China will be subject to suspension of liquidation effective June 18, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that polyethylene terephthalate sheet (PET sheet) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that polyethylene terephthalate sheet (PET sheet) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain pasta from Italy to correct one ministerial error. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

Auburn University has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and associated funerary objects should submit a written request to Auburn University. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or Agency) has determined that NEO TECT KIT (Kit for the Preparation of Technetium Tc 99m Depreotide Injection) was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness. This determination will allow FDA to approve abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs) that refer to the product, if all other legal and regulatory requirements are met.
