Section 209 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (the ``Economic Growth Act'') added section 38 to the United States Housing Act of 1937 and makes several amendments pertaining to small public housing agencies (PHAs). This notice explains how HUD designates small PHAs and implements section 209 provisions that reduce regulatory burden on small PHAs by reducing the number of inspections required for units with section 8(o) voucher assistance, and providing an exemption from environmental review requirements for development and modernization projects that have a total cost of not more than $100,000. This notice also identifies the small PHAs that are eligible for this section 209 regulatory relief.

This AD was prompted by reports of loss of retention of the regulator inlet filter retainer on certain crew oxygen cylinder assemblies. This AD requires an inspection of the crew oxygen cylinder assembly for any discrepancy and replacement of an affected crew oxygen cylinder assembly with a serviceable part, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

The FAA superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2015-24-04, which applied to certain Bombardier, Inc., Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes, Model CL-600-2C10 (Regional Jet Series 700, 701, & 702) airplanes, Model CL-600-2D15 (Regional Jet Series 705) airplanes, Model CL-600-2D24 (Regional Jet Series 900) airplanes, and Model CL-600-2E25 (Regional Jet Series 1000) airplanes. AD 2015-24-04 required repetitive inspections of the cage assembly for damaged or detached window louver panel assemblies (WLPAs) and blowout panels (BOPs), and corrective actions if necessary. This AD requires one-time inspections of the WLPAs and BOPs, corrective actions if necessary, and a revision of the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new airworthiness limitations, which would terminate the inspection requirement. This AD was prompted by a determination that new airworthiness limitations, as well as additional actions, are necessary to address the unsafe condition. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
