Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Indiana Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Thursday September 27, 2018, from 3-4 p.m. EDT for the purpose of discussing a draft op-ed regarding voting rights in the state.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 announces the deletion of the Reasor Chemical Company Superfund Site (Site) located in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, from the National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL, promulgated pursuant to section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, as amended, is an appendix of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP). The EPA and the State of North Carolina, through the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, have determined that all appropriate response actions under CERCLA have been completed. However, this deletion does not preclude future actions under Superfund.

The United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board (Board or TTAB) will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 11, 2018. The Board advises the Secretary of Commerce on matters relating to the U.S. travel and tourism industry. This will be the first meeting of the newly appointed 2018-2020 Board. The purpose of the meeting is for Board members to discuss key issues related to the importance of international travel and tourism to the United States and for the Secretary of Commerce to provide an overview of the Administration's priorities in travel and tourism. The final agenda will be posted on the Department of Commerce website for the Board at https://trade.gov/ ttab at least one week in advance of the meeting.

Under a notice published in the Federal Register, the FRA sought applications from eligible parties for the Fiscal Year 2018 Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements program that will improve intercity passenger and freight rail transportation systems in terms of safety, efficiency, or reliability. Due to Hurricane Florence, the FRA is extending the application deadline to give applicants additional time to complete the application process and submit applications.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), are proposing to renew an information collection with revisions.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing Revision 0 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.230, ``Regulatory Guidance on the Alternate Pressurized Thermal Shock Rule'' and the associated technical basis, NUREG-2163, ``Technical Basis for Regulatory Guidance on the Alternate Pressurized Thermal Shock Rule.'' This guidance describes a method that the NRC staff considers acceptable to permit use of the alternate fracture toughness requirements for protection against pressurized thermal shock events for pressurized water reactor pressure vessels.

The NTSB is notifying the public about a new Privacy Act System of Records for its Medical Investigation Catalog System (MEDICS). MEDICS includes electronically held personally identifiable health information about individuals involved in transportation accidents and incidents that the NTSB investigates.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is seeking public comment on a draft document titled ``2018 Federal Cloud Computing Strategy.''

The NHTSA announces a meeting of the NEMSAC to be held in the Metropolitan Washington, DC, area. This notice announces the date, time, and location of the meeting, which will be open to the public, as well as opportunities for public input to the NEMSAC. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed and/or continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled ``Maritime Illness Database and Reporting System (MIDRS)''. The Department of State and the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) are providing notice that the United States and Panama intend to hold the second meetings of the Environmental Affairs Council (the ``Council'') and the Environmental Cooperation Commission (the ``Commission'') on October 3, 2018. The public sessions for the Council and Commission will be held on October 3, 2018, in Panama City, Panama. The purpose of the meetings is to review implementation of Chapter 17 (Environment) of the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA) and the United States-Panama Environmental Cooperation Agreement (ECA). This notice announces actions taken by TxDOT and Federal agencies that are final. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT. The actions relate to various proposed highway projects in the State of Texas. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the projects.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce a teleconference/web meeting of the Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) Task Force, in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The ANS Task Force's purpose is to develop and implement a program for U.S. waters to prevent introduction and dispersal of aquatic invasive species; to monitor, control, and study such species; and to disseminate related information.
