Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: I hereby
determine that certain objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘Andy
Warhol—From A to B and Back Again,’’
imported from abroad for temporary
exhibition within the United States, are
of cultural significance. The objects are
imported pursuant to loan agreements
with the foreign owners or custodians.
I also determine that the exhibition or
display of the exhibit objects at the
Whitney Museum of American Art, New
York, New York, from on or about
November 12, 2018, until on or about
March 31, 2019; the San Francisco
Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco,
California, from on or about May 18,
2019, until on or about September 2,
2019; and The Art Institute of Chicago,
Chicago, Illinois, from on or about
October 20, 2019, until on or about
January 26, 2020; and at possible
additional exhibitions or venues yet to
be determined, is in the national
interest. I have ordered that Public
Notice of these determinations be

‘‘Metaphysical Masterpieces 1916–1920:
Morandi, Sironi, and Carra`,’’ imported
from abroad for temporary exhibition
within the United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to a loan agreement with the
foreign owner or custodian. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Center for
Italian Modern Art, New York, New
