The Securities and Exchange Commission Investor Advisory Committee is providing notice that it will hold a public meeting on Monday, February 22, 2010, in the Multipurpose Room, L-006, at the Commission's main offices, 100 F Street, NE., Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. (EST) and will be open to the public. The Committee meeting will be webcast on the Commission's Web site at https://www.sec.gov. Applicant seeks an order declaring that it has ceased to be an investment company. On April 28, 2009, applicant made a liquidating distribution to shareholders of its Government Portfolio, based on net asset value. On September 22, 2009, applicant made a liquidating distribution to shareholders of its Prime Portfolio, based on net asset value. Expenses of $7,500 incurred in connection with the liquidation were paid by Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC, applicant's investment adviser. Applicant has retained $22,856 in cash to pay additional outstanding expenses associated with the liquidation.
