Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (``the Commission'') has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') amending the complaint and notice of investigation.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register on February 16, 2017, for a license to import radioactive waste. This action is necessary in order to adequately describe the type of licensing action being requested.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register on August 8, 2016, regarding request to amend a license to import radioactive waste. This action is necessary in order to adequately describe the type of radioactive material being requested for import.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The Commission may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid OMB control number.

The National Endowment for the Arts, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This program helps ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the National Endowment for the Arts, on behalf of the Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities, is soliciting comments concerning renewal of the Application for International Indemnification. The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) published a document revising Commission rules applicable to foreign ownership of broadcast, common carrier, aeronautical en route and aeronautical fixed radio station licensees. Due to an error in the effective date language, the Commission's rules were prematurely removed from the CFR. This technical amendment restores these rules to the CFR.
