The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a final revision to the following section in Chapter 3 of NUREG-0800, ``Standard Review Plan (SRP) for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants: LWR Edition,'' Section 3.5.1.4, ``Missiles Generated by Extreme Winds.''

Public Hearing
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on April 30, 2015, in Grantville, Pennsylvania. At this public hearing, the Commission will hear testimony on the projects listed in the Supplementary Information section of this notice. Such projects are intended to be scheduled for Commission action at its next business meeting, tentatively scheduled for June 4, 2015, which will be noticed separately. The Commission will also hear testimony on amending its Regulatory Program Fee Schedule. The public should take note that this public hearing will be the only opportunity to offer oral comment to the Commission for the listed projects. The deadline for the submission of written comments is May 11, 2015.

Meeting of the Regional Energy Resource Council and Public Session With the TVA Board
The TVA Regional Energy Resource Council (RERC) will hold a meeting on Monday, April 20 and Tuesday April 21, 2015, regarding regional energy related issues in the Tennessee Valley. In conjunction with the meeting, the RERC will join the TVA Board in a public session on April 20 to hear viewpoints from stakeholders regarding TVA's recently released Draft 2015 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and associated Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). The RERC was established to advise TVA on its energy resource activities and the priorities among competing objectives and values. Notice of this meeting is given under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2, and TVA's procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. 4321 to 4370h. Regulatory Flexibility Act Section 610 Review of the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is conducting a review of the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets (Mattress Standard) as set forth at 16 CFR part 1633, pursuant to Section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act. The purpose of this review is to determine, while protecting consumer safety, whether this standard should be maintained without change, rescinded, or modified to minimize any significant impact of the rule on a substantial number of small entities and whether the rule should be changed to reduce regulatory burden or improve its effectiveness. The CPSC seeks comment on these issues.
Certain Wireless Standard Compliant Electronic Devices, Including Communication Devices and Tablet Computers; Institution of Investigation
Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 26, 2015, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Ericsson Inc. of Plano, Texas and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson of Sweden. A supplement to the complaint was filed on March 18, 2015. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain wireless standard compliant electronic devices, including communication devices and tablet computers, by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,717,996 (``the '996 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,660,270 (``the '270 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,058,359 (``the '359 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,301,556 (``the '556 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,102,805 (``the '805 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,607,130 (``the '130 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,837,381 (``the '381 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 8,331,476 (``the '476 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.

Private Land Mobile Radio Services
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) grants an unopposed petition filed by the Public Safety Communications Council (PSCC) for partial reconsideration of the Fifth Report and Order in this proceeding. Specifically, for applicants seeking authority to operate centralized trunked stations on Public Safety Pool channels, we eliminate the requirement that the applicant demonstrate that the proposed station's service contour will not be overlapped by any incumbent station's interference contour. We also amend the rule changes adopted in the Fifth Report and Order regarding treatment of mobile stations to clarify how to protect 150-174 MHz band mobile stations that are associated with a base station. This proceeding is part of our continuing effort to provide clear and concise rules that facilitate new wireless technologies, devices and services, and are easy for the public to understand.
