Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to grant joint motions to terminate the above-captioned investigation as to all respondents on the basis of settlement agreements. The Commission has also granted-in-part and denied-in-part the private parties' requests to vacate the presiding administrative law judge's (``ALJ's'') final initial determination (``ID''). Specifically, the Commission has determined to vacate those portions of the final ID that are presently under review by the Commission, and has determined to deny the request for vacatur as to those portions of the final ID that were previously adopted by the Commission. The Commission has also granted a joint motion for leave to file corrected versions of the joint motion to terminate the investigation as to respondent Sunext Technology Co., Ltd.; denied motions for leave to reply; and denied a petition for reconsideration.

The Federal Communications Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Public Law No. 104-13. An agency may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act that does not display a valid control number. Comments are requested concerning (a) whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) has adopted final amendments to its Regulation A to reflect the Board's approval of an increase in the primary credit rate at each Federal Reserve Bank. The secondary credit rate at each Reserve Bank automatically increased by formula as a result of the Board's primary credit rate action.
