We (The Department of the Interior) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the Information Collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. The Defense Logistics Agency proposes to alter a system of records notice in its existing inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

Authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research will help coordinate research and guide investments in comparative effectiveness research funded by the Recovery Act. The Coordinating Council is holding this meeting to hear from the public about their views on the Council's activities.

The above- mentioned invention is assigned to the United States Government as represented by the National Security Agency.
