The Judicial Conference of the United States Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability has released a draft of proposed amendments to the Judicial Conference's Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings (``JCD Rules'') for public comment and has scheduled a public hearing.
