An in-person hearing was held on November 3, 2016, in Washington, DC Two additional public hearings are scheduled. There will be an in-person hearing in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 4, 2017, and a telephonic hearing on February 16, 2017. The Judicial Conference of the United States published a document in the Federal Register on February 22, 2016, concerning adjusted dollar amounts in title 11 and title 28, United States Code. This document corrects the table attached to the notice to include a previously omitted adjusted dollar amount.
