SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant
to 25 CFR 293.5, an extension to an
existing Tribal-State Class III gaming
compact does not require approval by
the Secretary if the extension does not
modify any other terms of the compact.
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe and the State
of South Dakota have reached an
agreement to extend the expiration of
their existing Tribal-State Class III
gaming compact until August 4, 2016.
This publishes notice of the new
expiration date of the compact.

ACTION:
The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) will file the plat of
survey of the lands described below in
the BLM Montana State Office, Billings,
Montana, on April 11, 2016.
DATES: A notice of protest of the survey
must be filed before April 11, 2016 to
be considered. A statement of reasons
for a protest may be filed with the notice
of protest and must filed within thirty
days after the notice of protest is filed.

survey was executed at the request of
the Regional Director, Bureau of Indian
Affairs, Great Plains Region, Aberdeen,
South Dakota, and was necessary to
determine federal and individual and
tribal trust surface and subsurface (oil
and gas) lands.
The lands we surveyed are:
Fifth Principal Meridian, North Dakota
T. 147 N., R. 93 W.
The plat, in 11 sheets, representing the
supplemental plat of sections 19, 25, 26, 27,
28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35, and 36, showing the
amended lottings, Township 147 North,
Range 94 West, Fifth Principal Meridian,
North Dakota, was accepted February 26,
2016.

The plat, in 14 sheets, representing the
supplemental plat of sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 13,
14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29,
showing the amended lottings, Township 147
North, Range 94 West, Fifth Principal
Meridian, North Dakota, was accepted
February 26, 2016. We will place a copy of
the plats, in 25 sheets in the open files. They
will be available to the public as a matter of
information. If the BLM receives a protest
against this survey, as shown on this plat, in
25 sheets, prior to the date of the official
filing, we will stay the filing pending our
consideration of the protest. We will not
officially file this plat, in 25 sheets, until the
day after we have accepted or dismissed all
protests and they have become final,
including decisions or appeals. Before
