Certain Softwood Lumber Products From Canada: Preliminary Results, Partial Rescission, and Preliminary Intent To Rescind, in Part, the Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, 2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada during the period of review, January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. With respect to one company, we are rescinding this administrative review because the request for review was timely withdrawn. Additionally, with respect to 27 companies, we intend to rescind this administrative review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. Commerce preliminarily determines that the producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From Germany: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Germany is not being, or is not likely to be, sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the Republic of Korea. The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, POSCO and its affiliated companies (collectively, the POSCO single entity). We determine that sales of subject merchandise by the POSCO single entity were not made at prices below normal value (NV).
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From Italy: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers and/or exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020. Additionally, Commerce determines that a company for which we initiated a review had no shipments during the POR.
Large Diameter Welded Pipe From Canada: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the producers or exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of large diameter welded pipe from the Canada in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), August 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020.
Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with December anniversary dates. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.
Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 2018-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from the People's Republic of China to correct ministerial errors. The period of review (POR) is June 22, 2018, through January 31, 2020.
