The Department of Commerce is currently seeking applications from travel and tourism leaders from specific industries for membership on the Board of Directors (Board) of the Corporation for Travel Promotion (dba Brand USA). The purpose of the Board is to guide the Corporation for Travel Promotion on matters relating to the promotion of the United States and communication of travel facilitation issues, among other tasks. On July 24, 2013, we published in the Federal Register a ``Notice of an opportunity for travel and tourism industry leaders to apply for membership on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion'' (78 FR 44531), announcing membership opportunities on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion. The application period closed on August 9, 2013. We are now reopening the application period to solicit additional applications. This notice supplements the notice of July 24, 2013. Interested parties who have already applied in response to that Federal Register notice do not need to re-apply.

Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216 and 351.221(c)(3), the Department of Commerce (Department) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty order on low-enriched uranium from France with respect to Eurodif S.A. and AREVA NP Inc. (collectively, AREVA). Moreover, the Department has determined that it is appropriate to conduct this CCR on an expedited basis. Thus, the Department has preliminarily determined to extend the deadline for the re-exportation of one specified entry of LEU until November 1, 2015. Based on our analysis of the comments, we made changes to our margin calculations for this new shipper, Power Dekor Group Co., Ltd. (``Power Dekor''). The period of review (POR) is September 1, 2011, through August 31, 2012. We received no comments from interested parties. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results and we continue to find that adverse facts available apply to the reviewed companies. (collectively, CP Kelco), the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from Finland. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012. We preliminarily find that CP Kelco made sales at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties based on differences between the export price (EP) or constructed export price (CEP) and NV. As a result of the determination by the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that termination of the suspended antidumping duty investigation on lemon juice from Mexico would not be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') is terminating the suspended antidumping duty investigation. As a result, the Department is also terminating the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation on Lemon Juice from Mexico (the ``Agreement'').

On April 2, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated the first sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (light-walled pipe and tube) from the Mexico, Turkey, the People's Republic of China (PRC), and the Republic of Korea (Korea) \1\ (collectively, the Orders) pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).\2\ On the basis of a notice of intent to participate, and an adequate substantive response filed on behalf of domestic interested parties, as well as a lack of response from respondent interested parties, the Department conducted expedited (120- day) sunset reviews of the Orders pursuant to section 751(c)(3)(B) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(1)(ii)(A) and (C)(2). As a result of these sunset reviews, the Department finds that revocation of the Orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
